1、目标需求
1. Determination of Market Demand
也就是市场分析,根据往年或几年的以往数据分析今年农产品的走势,来选择自己的种植项目,目的当然是获得最大利益。
At this stage, the market demand on produces this year is analyzed on the basis of statistics from the past year or past few years and crops are so selected as to maximize the profit.
2、提出种植方案
2. Proposing Growing Plan
目标明确后就是制定方案了,农作物的适应性、技术支持、销售方案等。特别是要对方案的可行性进行研究。
After the determination of the market demand, a growing plan, which shall cover crops suitability, technical support, marketing plan, etc., is worked out and the feasibility of such plan researched.
3、实施项目
3. Implementation of Project
通过可行性研究之后,就是具体实施的问题了。
The step after feasibility research is the implementation of the Project.
首先,把所要开展的工作进行分解,确定关键工作,细化目标,制定工作计划,协调人力和其他资源,定期监控进展,适时调整销售计划适应市场需求。
In the first place, works are analyzed to determine what is key to the Project, targets broken down to frame the working plan, human and other resources organized, progress supervised and controlled and the marketing plan adjusted according to the market demand.
4、结束项目
4. Completion of Project
就是进行项目总结,结清各种款项。
The Project is wound up and accounts cleared. |
