Responsibilities
-Handle customer enquiries
-Using good communication skills to communicate timely with customers and listen to their request in order to enhance customers’ satisfaction
-Tactfully handle customers' telephone or written problems or complaints, minimize the negative impact of customers' feelings
-Timely escalate customers' complaints to higher management when necessary
-Prepare customers' fault report and make follow up actions

Requirements
-Colleague degree or above in English or IT related discipline is preferable.
-Preferably with some customer service working experience
-Proficient in written and spoken English
-Able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese
-Good customer-oriented mindset and be self-motivated
-Good communication and interpersonal skills and be confident to familiar with IT networking theory and IT products in short period
-Willing to work under pressure

-Promote company services and products
-Explore new business and meet sales quota
-Conduct Cold Call and Sales Activities
-Provide the best support and service to the customers
-Handle customer’s complaints and escalate the complaints to higher management if necessary
-Weekly forecast review
-Daily sales activities review
-Participate in product and sales training provided by company
Requirements
-University graduate with at least 1 to 2 years working experience in IT sales related field
-Fluent in speaking English is preferred as our clients are mostly expatriates with different nationalities
-Aggressive, positive working attitude and good presentation skill
-Able to work hard enough to meet pre-defined sales quota and high commitment in sales field
-Result-oriented and able to work under pressure
