Technical Team Lead – 1 job

Working as part of an international professional software development team building and deploying Medical Software Solutions. You will lead development of software at both a team lead and senior developer.

Tasks
Detailed responsibilities include:
• Responsible for 3-4 developers/testers and a techincal writter.
• Supporting tasks of engineers in the development.
• Ensure Change Management practices are followed and improved as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years experience with Database Software Development and 2+ years experience as Team Lead.
Graduate Degree or equivalent.

Tasks
• Update all regularly scheduled product documentation, including release notes and user guide updates.
• Write and maintain technical software product documentation for a variety of end-user audiences, including reference manuals, user guides
• Contribute to the product knowledge base
• Inspect existing documentation and recommend/implement enhancements for greater usability, productivity, and quality

Requirements
Graduate Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience with Software Domain.
Minimum 1 years experience in:
• Experience reading product management use case and UI design documents would be an asset

Tasks
• Review newly developed reports, software,write detailed step by step instructions for the software tests
• Performs application unit testing for bug fixes or releases
• Read and analyze technical system specifications and verify/validate the deliverable
• Read technical logs to investigate and determine bugs and issues and document trouble reports
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Graduate Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience with Software Quality Insurance
Minimum 1 years experience in:
• Delphi Development
• Object Oriented knowledge
• Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle skills
• Insurance Quality Processus skills (regression tests, black box testing, white box testing…)
