一月去西藏，要带什么样的睡袋

如果是不带帐篷的话，我觉得没有必要带特别保暖的睡袋了。
可以准备一个薄睡袋，或者睡袋衬里（相当于那种单层的布睡袋），睡觉时把自己裹在里边，外边再盖住店或者住牧民帐篷所提供的被子。这样相对比较卫生，也不需要带太多的东西。
