Product characteristics
The natural silk’ ingredient is natural protein. It contains a special "Sericin" element which is anti-allergic and skin- comforted. Using such natural silk quilt is capable to enhance health.
1．Improving sleep. There are 18 kinds of amino acids in Silk Sericin element. Amino acids release several molecules which are known as "sleep factor." Traditional technics
1.After putting the cocoons into hot pure water for a while, fetch out the cocoons by hands, and then, use a special ring to draw the silk out. In this way, we get the silk filament, loose it by hand, and weave it into the quilt. The disadvantage of this technic is that it can not be produced in a large scale. Moreover, the silk filament produced by traditional technic, is easily shortened because of the flexibility of silk. So the quilt made up with this kind of silk have to be renovated every three years.
2.After putting the cocoons into hot pure water for a while, immediately using machine to draw out the silk, the broken pieces of pupa would mix with silk, then using the filter equipment to separate the mixture of silk and pupa, drying the silk in the air, using the chemical reagent to eliminate the peculiar smell, finally we made the quilt. This way solves the inefficiency problem of drawing silk out by hand. However, because it's hard to separate the pupa and silk completely, so it can not get rid of the peculiar smell totally. Especially in the rainy days, the peculiar smell is so unpleasant. If the chemical reagent is not control properly, it would cause potential diseases to the body.
Autonomy technic
After researching for several years, our company has developed the new silk floss process techenic which is essentially different from the traditional technic and finally solves the technical difficulties.
It adopt physical theory to peel off the silk and the pupa. The machine peel of the pod from top layer to inner layer, at last the pupa left intactly, meanwhile, the silk is constantly stretching. In this way, it guarantee the silk fiber’s original character, avoid the pupa fragment polluting the silk, and keep the natural essence of silk floss.
Compare with the traditional handwork, the machine has great advantage. Because the silk fiber is fully elongated. We usually design the length of silk fiber exceed 4 meter according to the requirement of silk floss quilt process. That means a piece of intact reticulation silk floss can extend the size L4 X W2 meter (we can extend it bigger according to the requirement). That’s what the traditional handwork never achieves. Because the handwork silk floss extends the pod one by one .so the size is usual 66cm. then they combine the small piece to a big reticulation silk. The silk quilt produced by handwork will be shrinking after some time. And now our machine can solve this problem easily, because the silk fiber is long, the size of reticulation is big. No need to renovate the quilt in 10 years. That is largely convenient to customer.
The way of use
1: you should choose the proper weight of silk floss for comfortable sleeping, it’s basing on the different seasons, temperatures of room and environment. In general, 2.5kg in south area and 3 kg in North area. If you are fear the cold weather you can add to 4 kg.
2: Pay attention to the clearness for the silk floss, avoid the pollution. Using the quilt cover.
3: Keep on the good pose of sleeping to avoid pulling the silk floss. Maintain the silk floss good and order inner frame.
4: The silk quilt is unsuitable to be used in moist surrounding for long time. In order to avoid silk Sericin going bad, and affect the silk soft, as well as the silk floss padding’s loose and comfortableness.
Daily care
1: Accumulation: the silk floss should be accumulated in the dry and ventilation place, avoid the high pressure. Avoid harmful influence to the looseness of silk floss.
2:Solarization: in order to keep the health and constant comfortableness. The silk floss should be solar in the breeze wind and non-burning sun regularly; it’s usually for 2-3 hours. It can’t be sunburned, or the silk will become yellow and rigidity.
3: Washing: forbidding the water washing. you can use little water to brush in case the silk floss was polluted lightly. Then using the electric iron with the mat cloth to dry it in low temperature. But attention to avoid touching on the heat part for long time. We usually wash the quilt cover for the silk floss.
