干扁四季豆:
材料:四季豆.肉末.蒜末.芽菜.
作法:热锅炒熟肉末捞出.再放油,油烧至七成熟时放入四季豆狂炸(这个狂炸的过程全凭自己掌握,最好不要炒焦就行 [M14] ).待到两面都炸至金黄有点略焦时放入蒜末和芽菜还有刚才的肉末一起翻炒.放盐,起锅即食.

凤爪就更简单了.
材料:小红尖椒(是最小的那种,很辣的),蒜末,姜丝.料酒.
作法:凤爪先氽水.捞出.热锅炒香蒜末小红椒和姜丝,倒入凤爪,翻炒一下,再放一点料酒和适量的盐和生抽(喜欢味重的可以放老抽).再加入一些水,先大火水沸后小火焖个10至15分钟左右水收干即可起锅.

昨天去棠东买凤爪,没买到,那个档口不见了,我好久没去棠东了.这次专为凤爪而去,米有.那个提供消息的人要给我赔偿.
我不喜欢带关节的凤爪.
