培根馒头和芝士蛋挞

培根芝士面包。
高粉255g(2杯又 1 大匙)、低粉 45g(4.5大匙)、糖 42g(3.5大匙)、鹽 4.5g(1 小匙不滿)、牛油 42g(3大匙)、蛋 30g(2/3顆)、奶粉 18g(2又 1/2大匙)、乾酵母 4.5g(1.5小匙)、小麥蛋白 1/2大匙、水150g(1/2杯又 3大匙)
发好面后:
1. 將分割好的麵團桿開成橢圓形,排上起司絲(各種硬起司切絲皆可或比薩起司絲),捲起成長條,接合面朝下略壓扁排於烤盤上作最後發酵。
2.最後發酵好,麵團表面先刷上蛋水,鋪上培根半條,擠上美奶滋作線條(中央線部分再多擠一些,灑上海苔鬆或巴西利裝飾)→括號部分的步驟也可出爐後再裝飾。
(额只把mayo涂在了bacon的下面做粘结, 上面撒的是混合的berbs,此处巴西利应是parsley, 详见橘子菜菜子香草漫谈)
3.烤箱以200/170度C烤約14分鐘.(华氏325-350)
