自助游，不带帐篷，不跟团，请教高手带哪个好些？原则想又希望回来后也可以用。
1、Fabric : 300T / 40D high density down proof nylon

Filling : 90% down 10% feather with filling power of 600+

Down filled weight : 200gm

Size : 215 x 78 cm

Inner construction - direct quiting to distribute down evenly

Temperature rating : +3

2、Fabric : 300T / 40D high density down proof nylon

Filling : 90% down 10% feather with filling power of 600+

Down filled weight : 350gm

Size : 215 x 78 cm

Inner construction - 3D baffle can maintain correct distribution

of down and maximize the insulative efficiency.

Temperature rating : -5

如果是不带帐篷的话，我觉得没有必要带特别保暖的睡袋了。
可以准备一个薄睡袋，或者睡袋衬里（相当于那种单层的布睡袋），睡觉时把自己裹在里边，外边再盖住店或者住牧民帐篷所提供的被子。这样相对比较卫生，也不需要带太多的东西。
